Care Code: FDP-106 Ulster Savings Bank

Using Simplifi for the last year but now my connection to my main bank no longer works. I get this error code after trying to reset it. I enter my login credentials and the text verification code but still get this error.

    What kind of error are you getting? Is a error code provided?

    Thanks for reaching out to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Ulster Savings Bank in Simplifi.

    If the error is occurring on an existing account(s), and you've already reset the connection for the bank, the next thing you'll want to do is make the account(s) fully manual by following the steps here, going back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to Ulster Savings Bank, and then carefully link your existing account(s) by following the steps here.
