It's says I'm offline when trying to access via laptop

I'm trying to access my account on my laptop and it keeps saying I'm offline. I have internet access, so I don't know why it thinks I'm offline. Any ideas? Once I log in it takes me directly to this page. I can't access anything.

    Hello @NBake,

    Thanks for reporting this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties accessing Simplifi from your laptop.

    Is this issue still occurring? If so, I'd suggest fully restarting the computer. I'd also suggest reconnecting to the internet, and possibly even forgetting the internet connection entirely and re-establishing it. You can also try rebooting the router/modem.
