Robinhood Spending Account - unable to add (edited)

I have two Robinhood accounts, one for investments and one is a spending account. The spending account is not appearing as an option when I add Robinhood. I use this card fairly regularly so if there would be a way to track that would be lovely.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting your Robinhood Spending account in Simplifi.

    Please provide the following information so we can get a clearer idea of what's going on:

    1. Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days?
    2. Are you routed to a different URL when selecting the account on the bank's website/is the account an external account?
    3. Is the missing account a sub-type of another account?
