Human Interest integration is broken
Hi! I am currently trying to connect my Human Interest account but am getting a 192 error. The weird thing is that I do not have any MFA enabled nor have I ever had any form of MFA enabled. It leads me to believe that this integration is broken.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to provide more context and if it is indeed broken please let me know when it is fixed!! Thanks so much

Thank you for reporting this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Human Interest in Simplifi.
I'm also receiving the 192 error when using dummy credentials, and I don't even have an account with them, so I don't think it has anything to do with MFA (despite the messaging). It looks like this is actually listed as a known issue with our Service Provider. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be an ETA on a fix. At this time, I'd suggest continuing to try every so often. In the meantime, you can track the account(s) manually.
