AMEX Credit Card Connection Solution

I had given up on Simplifi after reviewing all the discussion boards and not wanting to try to deal with customer support. On my MAC, Safari browser, every time I tried update my connection to AMEX I was getting the 404 Error code. I was highly disappointed because I've thoroughly enjoyed using this software for budgeting needs. I deleted everything and set my subscription to expire.

On a whim, 2 weeks later, I logged into the Simplify App on my phone and went through the process again to set the connection. It worked!

There may be some coding issue with internet browsers via a MACbook compared to an iPhone. So, if you're having the same issue I had try using the mobile app to see if you can get connection restored.

Let me know if this works for anyone else. I'm hoping it continues to work.

    It could have been a temporary outage when it happened. Also, there are always things like clearing cache/cookies, and my MacBook primarily runs either Edge or Chrome (I have more problems with Safari in general).
