Hello All,

Here are the issues and features we were able to tackle with the 3.83.0 Web Release:

• FIXED: Users are seeing erroneous accounts listed under the Savings Goals > By Account page that are actually deleted or renamed Savings Goals.
• FIXED: The register view appears as though transactions are already filtered.
• FIXED: Crash when deleting transactions.
• UPDATED: Investment Transactions and Accounts to be ignored from Reports and the Spending Plan by default.
• ADDED: The ability to exclude accounts from the Spending Plan (not yet enabled).
