Accounts excluded from Spending Plan having transactions showing up in Spending plan

Can this please be fixed? Super annoying to go through "Other spending" transactions but be flush with transactions from accounts that are marked to be excluded from this.

What I found looking into this out of my curiosity:

(1) There was sometimes a delay before excluding from the spending plan 'took'. It might be a minute or more before the setting is updated.

(2) Transactions from accounts that were excluded from the spending plan

(a) do not reflect in the totals

(b) are displayed but are greyed out with an icon indicating they are hidden.
