Calculate the "Projected" amount of Watchlists based on the Spending Plan (edited)

I saw posts on this before, but not an idea post, so I'm creating one.

In Watchlists, there's a "Projected" field that is intended to show where the watch is going to end up if the current spending trends for that item continue. So I have a watch set up for groceries that is currently projected to end the month at $395.

But I know from my Spending Plan that my bill for groceries isn't going to total even as much as $300 this month (yes, I know…I've been baking ahead a freezing a lot of meals lately).

This would be a much more useful bit of information if it calculated "Projected" based on my Spending Plan, rather than some internal calculation of average spent per day this month carried forward to the end of the month.

I put a lot of effort into making my Spending Plan as accurate as possible, and it just seems silly to ignore that when projecting expenses.
