Column headers not visible in web app

After choosing which column headers to show/hide, some column headers are not visible when they should be.

This is what it looks like when every single column option is added to the register:

Some columns don't have headers, such as 'Reviewed', 'Recurring', and 'Exclusion' — instead, you'll just see symbols in that column, such as the excluded symbol you see in my screenshot above. For the Reviewed column, if you hover over the transaction, you'll see a little checkmark pop up to the left of the date that you can click to mark the transaction as reviewed.
