Automatically Calculate & Suggest Emergency Fund Amount for Savings Goal

I love that Emergency Fund is a predefined subject for a savings goal. Simplifi should have all of the information relevant to compute what one should be setting aside. It would recompute this as months go by and as recurring expenses change.

If the user does not yet have a savings goal set up for Emergency Fund, Simplifi could push a notification proposing the addition of the savings plan and the suggested amount.

If the user already has a savings plan set up, Simplifi could push a notification suggesting an update to the goal amount of the emergency fund if Simplifi's calculation doesn't think the user has saved enough.
