Incorrect matching of Transactions

I am having repeated issues where Simplifi is incorrectly matching and linking bank-downloaded transactions to recurring bills, seemingly based on nothing more than the dollar value.

Example: Any and every transaction for $20 seems to get linked to the same recurring bill, despite the fact that the payee and account are different, the dates don't match, etc. and there are other recurring bills for the same amount that transactions should have matched if date, account and payee were considered.

    Since Simplifi is designed to learn over time, I'd suggest some manual intervention. You can unlink the incorrect transaction from the Reminder by following the steps here, and then link it to the correct transaction by following the steps here. This should get things going in the right direction for you. 🙂
