I Keep Getting the "Install Quicken Simplifi" Popup, even when I'm on the Desktop App

I Kept getting the popup on the browser version, even after dismissing the alert and saying dont alert me again. I finally downloaded the app and now im getting the same popup in the app. It is incredible annoying because it pops up every 30 seconds or so, even after being dismissed. Especially considering it is showing in the App for which it is telling me to download.

It's not popping up for me (for over a month) but it used to pop up. For me, usually after clearing cookies it would pop up once or twice (chrome), so i might wonder if you have a setting on that clears cookies regularly? I'm not tech support, they may have a better answer.
