Capital One linking issues

Could someone offer some suggestions on how to link my Capital One credit card accounts to Simplifi? I keep getting an error message when I try. Thanks!

    Hi @brian730

    Sorry you are having this problem. I have a Capital One credit card and HYS account. I haven't had any problems with the connection so it may be a matter of keep trying until things clear up.

    This support article will give you some information about troubleshooting bank download issues.

    I keep getting this message…

    Authorization access required

    User Error: Authorization Denied, Connecting with partnerUid: capitalone for intuitProperty: quicken, intuitUserId:
    9130357651684376, intuitRealmId: 9130357651684386 on user authorization, error_code: server_error

    Thoughts?

    @brian730, thanks for posting!

    It sounds like you may have a pop-up blocker or something in your browser that's preventing Capital One's API authorization flow from properly commencing. I'd suggest giving it a try from a different browser or in incognito/private mode to see if you can get the accounts added.

    Please let us know how it goes!

    Used Chrome and got it settled. Thanks! Hopeful for a smooth transition from Mint to Simplifi
