Having transfer issue

I am new to Simplifi this week. Former Quicken user for many years.

I pay a Citi Costco card from my Fidelity CMA account on the 1st of every month. I have the transaction set up as a transfer from the Fidelity account to the Citi account. The transaction adjusts everything fine on the Fidelity side. It is showing up on the Citi side as cleared but it is not adjusting the balance. I am using the auto download on the Citi account but for now I am manually entering transactions for Fidelity.
