Spending Plan - Previous month's bills being displayed

Adding to the list of Spending Plan oddities, I was looking ahead in the SP to Jan 2024, and the first two entries are actually from Dec 2023

I'm not sure if this is part of the same known issue, so I didn't merge this post into the existing topic for that issue. Instead, I'd like you to keep an eye on the Alert and let us know if this issue persists after it's marked as resolved.
