Missing Transaction from Fidelity 401k contributions.
I'm new to quicken simplify, coming over from mint. After importing my data, I wasn't too disappointed, but it appears that new transactions are not being pulled in correctly. The time new transactions should have been auto-imported from Fidelity, it failed :( It only shows 1 of the 4 contributions. It's going to be very annoying if this doesn't get fixed. Even though mint's support wasn't great, they rarely had issue with syncing data like this. It's not a great first impression…

@Another Stephen, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
To clarify, you're referring to Investment Transactions, correct? If so, by "import", do you mean that you connected the account to the bank for transaction download (importing Investment Transactions is not currently supported in Quicken Simplifi)?
I'd suggest taking a look over the steps here to troubleshoot missing transactions:
If no culprits are identified after doing so, I'd next suggest resetting the connection for the account:

Thanks for reaching out. None of those things worked. Can this be escalated to the engineering team? thanks

The syncing is randomly pulling in like 1 transaction here and there, but only like 2 of the 11 transactions since adding the account. Mint was always flawless and it's very discouraging to have to move to another platform.
What simplify synced from Fidelity…(only 2 transactions)
The actual transaction from Fidelity… 11 transactions since I started using Simplify..

@Another Stephen, thanks for posting back!
I'd suggest switching your Fidelity accounts to the "Fidelity-Investments & Retirement" option in Quicken Simplifi to see if you get better results —
If you need to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts, please carefully do so by following the steps here:
