Problem linking to Newport Group FDP-105 error (edited)
Hi All,
I have had no luck linking my Newport Group managed 401k. The group is listed as an available option when I try to link it in Simplifi but I always get this error:
We are unable to connect to The Newport Group at this time. Please try again later. Care Code FDP-105.
This is the last account that I need to link (after I finally got Lending Club to link).
Any suggestions?
I'm a LONG time Mint user and I could connect there. 😐️

@Euchre King, it looks like this is actually a known issue, and we just created an Alert for it. You can disregard my previous suggestion and just follow the Alert for updates. 🙂

What URL do you use when signing in on the bank's website? I see a few different options in Quicken Simplifi for The Newport Group that you can try, but some show different URLs:
