Planned Spending: Add a bar graph for total spent and total budgeted after closing out the month

I made it through one month of QS and released my funds to get my total spend for the month. I don't mind this approach that much, but it would be nice to be able to quickly compare the actual spend versus the budgeted spend.

I couldn't understand at first why my budgets totally disappeared after closing it out. They now all say "0.00 left" which I find confusing when doing a first glance at my account.

I'd like to see where I saved money and continue to gauge my spending habits in that category when looking back on past months. I drew a picture of what I'm talking about here. The total actual spend ends up being arbritary without the budget(spending plan) staying intact.
