Saving categories for all occurrences

Is there a way (like in Mint), to save a category for a payee one-time & have the option to apply to all occurrences of payee? For example:

Whenever a payee is say, "Crystal Run Healthcare", I want the category to be "Doctor".

Currently, I update the category as it applies but need to update for each occurrence of payee.

I hope I'm explaining this accurately.
