    The hunt continues… the countdown begins… will I be awarded the Prompt Payer badge for April when May 8th rolls around?

    Time will tell, but for now, here are screenshots of my Bills and Subscriptions showing all have been paid by the end of April…

    Sure, add me to the ticket. It would be good to have someone figure out what's going on and how many users this is affecting. It's certainly not the highest priority issue but it is something that, since offered, it should work across all accounts.

    Here is what I have received since this badge first became active. So, this was working and being awarded but it's random. At one point I was up to 8 or 9 months (see original post) but since then it's been hit and miss, mostly miss.

    2. The browser and browser version you're accessing the Quicken Simplifi Web App from:

    • My main access is through the Chrome extension
    • Chrome extension on an iPad
    • Microsoft Edge Version 124.0.2478.80

    3. The OS of the computer you're accessing the Quicken Simplifi Web App from:

    Getting a head start of double checking that my bills and subscriptions are all paid. Screenshots as of 5/25. All bills are paid for May and I have 3 subscriptions that remain outstanding as of the time of this post. I'll update the Subscriptions sections once the remaining three are paid. It may be that the glitch has been deglitched, but posting these screenshots for the record.

    Sure hope you do. I've been stuck trying to get the one month badge since I was reset after receiving the two month badge in Februaryfor the second time.

    I'm impressed you only have 3 bills and 2 subscriptions.

    Here are my Bills and Subscriptions showing as all paid for August. We'll see how it goes as far as the Prompt Payer badge goes for August.

    @DannyB - I am using planned spending buckets for some of my bills like subscriptions. I charge a lot of the bills to the credit cards, which show as transfers. I use the transfers to forecast cash flow from my checking account. I am also keeping an all expenses watchlist with all categories and keeping myself below a limit each month.

    I just found your discussion. I've always found these things hit or miss, and you know my stand on badges! Right now I am up to 5 months, but of course, I have always paid all my bills for the 36 months I've had Simplifi. I think a lot of this AI is dependent on doing things the way they expect, and I know I change the frequency and amounts of recurring items a lot and I do my own thing, so this probably throws it off. But it does seem to me that in 2023 I didn't get many badges. But my memory is faulty and I don't look at this often.

    In the year I have been using Simplifi, I have not gotten a single Prompt Payer Badge even though all my bills were paid on time.

    Here are my paid bills for last month. When the badge works, it hits around the eighth day of the month for the previous month end.

    @SRC54, I didn't have any problems with any of the other Achievement badges… well, OK, I did have some problems with the Savvy Spender badge being glitchy during the first 6 or 8 months of signing on to QS in January '22. This badge, Prompt Payer, has been glitchy for me since it was first introduced. I did make it all the way to 9 months in December a year ago, but it's pretty much failed since then. For some reason I thought this thread had been closed and I recently poked at this "issue" again here.

    @UrsulaA, yes, this badge is awarded on the 8th of the month for the previous month.

    Thanks for checking in. No, I'm still stuck at trying to get the one-month badge since I was reset to zero February or March 2024 with the resulting zero progress toward the 12-month badge that is the only badge I'm missing.

    Odd it either is or was working for me, but not others — I wonder if it's a diference in how we manage the recurring reminders, or if instead it's something with certain datasets.

    I know I have some badges they refuse to give me, like:

    Mostly because they are discriminating against me for having a mental health diagnosis (essentially, they told me it was aspberger's in 2010, but when i was young enough to be really diagnosed with it, it didn't exist as a diagnosis, and today it's called autism level 1).

    The Sensational Saver badges are for competed goals… just create a few goals, fill 'em up and mark them complete and you'll get all the badges 😁
