Link the Help Center Message feature to SMS on user's device (edited)

I suggest that the Message feature on the app links to the SMS Messages on user’s devices, such that users do not need to continually wait for responses or miss responses from the coaches. By linking the Message section of the app to User’s SMS messages on their device, users can receive a notification on their device as soon as the coaches respond to questions from users. The only other way to avoid missing a response, leaving issues unaddressed (which is quite inefficient for the users and for the coaches) is for the user to continually toggle back and forth to check for a response.
