Unable to download bank transactions

I had a hard time downloading bank transactions. I found out the problem was using Firefox Private Browsing was preventing the download connections to banks or any entity. If I use any standard browser there's no problem downloading transactions.

    If something works in one browser and not another, the most likely culprit would be the browser. In this case, it sounds like there may be a blocker or something hiding your identity in the browser you're using, which is a security risk from our end. I'd suggest using the standard browser to download transactions in Quicken Simplifi since this works for you.
