I'm having this issue as well. All my credit card transactions are coming through as generic "chip" payees, when often the full transaction details have a business name in them.

This sounds like an issue we've been seeing pop up (mostly with credit unions), and we will most likely need to escalate it. To be sure, though, please provide the following information:
- The name of the bank the issue is occurring with.
- Are only certain types of transactions downloading this way (i.e. only transactions where a credit card was used)?
- Is the issue unique to a specific bank/account (i.e. do you have other banks in Quicken Simplifi that don't have this problem/do you have other accounts with this bank in Quicken Simplifi that don't have this problem)?
