Refund request
Requesting refund. Getting errors ls whenever I try to add my Citibank account even with 2factor disabled. Simplifi is not usable for my purposes since Citi is my main account. Ty.

If you established your annual subscription through your mobile app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), you'd need to request a refund from them directly. To do so, select the applicable link below:
If you established your account through Quicken Simplifi directly and are within 30 days of purchase, please contact our customer care team through the Help Center to process your request.
