Can't connect my ETrade account to Simplifi

I tried connecting to ETrade multiple times over multiple days, and I always get the same error, over and over:

To connect to E*Trade Bank, you must re-enter your credentials. If that does not work, try entering them on the website at E*Trade Bank to ensure they are correct.
Care Code: FDP-103

I already tried all the steps suggested on this forum (yes, I'm positive that the user/password are correct, the website is correct, etc).
