With Mint.com Vanguard would update automatically on the off hours, why doesn’t Simplifi?

It would be great if those accounts which need to be re-verified frequently have the process be done in the background automatically. I know there are some accounts which require that be done. Specifically, however, Vanguard did not and yet Simplifi will not update Vanguard for me in the process of switching from Mint to Simplifi. I couldn’t figure out why my Net Worth was not the same. it turned out that Mint had updated Vanguard in after hours, while Simplifi did not. My intervention is required.. Mint would tell me that they can’t accomplish the update at this time , but we keep trying.

I’m trying to make Simplifi work, but I find myself jumping to Mint.com just to see my latest net wort. II have to jump through hoops using Simplifi.. Otherwise everything else is great. Thank you very much!
