Problem Updated Fidelity Visa Transactions

My Fidelity Visa transactions have not updated for the past few days. I had to reset my Fidelity access to the new protocol. All of the other fidelity accounts are updating but not the Visa transactions. Anyone else having this issue?

    Hello @amintzer,

    To assist with this issue, could you please provide more information? Are you using the Fidelity Rewards Credit Card, or is this a different card through Fidelity? Were you having issues updating the account before you had to switch over to the new protocol? If so, when did the issue first start? Are you getting any error messages and/or error codes when you try to update that account?

    There is a known issue connecting with Fidelity Rewards Credit Card accounts. It is possible that this is the reason it's not updating:

    I continue to have a similar problem with my Fidelity Rewards Visa… After the Fidelity update around 2-3rd week in December I had to reset my Fidelity Accounts. Then Fidelity linked fine with Simpifi until 12/19/23. I have no newer transaction posted in Simplifi although the Visa card is being regularly used. I have reset again, even linking all my Fidelity accounts (even though I do not use Simpifi to monitor my investment accts). Are we to the point that I need to switch this to a unlinked/manually managed acct. I am not getting 102 or 105 errors and the Simplifi Accounts setting show my Fidelity Visa and Fidelity Core Accts are connected.

    I have been a Simplifi subscriber for <60 days and this issue has consumed my Simplifi learning curve. Frustrating.

    To better understand the issue, please provide some additional details:

    1. What option is your Fidelity Rewards Visa card connected to in Quicken Simplifi?
    2. What type of account is this account classified as in Quicken Simplifi (i.e. is it showing up as a credit card account or an investment account)?
    3. Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps outlined here and identified any potential culprits for the missing transactions, by chance?

    I am using the Fidelity Rewards credit card. I was not having issues before switching to the new protocol other than Fidelity not updating on most weekends. The update worked for a few days after using the new protocol but hasn't updated since 12/28. There are no error messages, just no updates. I've tried to reset the account again and that didn't help.

    I am having the same issue. No Fidelity Rewards Visa transactions downloading since 12/28.

    hi, I have the same issue. Fidelity cards quit updating since December 28. No error just no transactions downloaded

    it is getting “better” my spouse Fidelity reward card just downloaded random transactions from end of December, but it missed a few. How can one trust Simlifi data?
    Card in my name is still not downloading anything

    Simlifi and Fidelity like water and oil. They don’t want to play together. Perhaps Simlifi should alert Fidelity customers about it

    Yes - I got a few transactions from Jan 3rd downloaded but still missing from Dec 29-Jan 2.

    Hey everyone, I'm sorry to hear that you all are experiencing this issue with your Fidelity Rewards Visa in Quicken Simplifi. Let's give the following steps and try and then keep an eye on things from there:

    1. Make your Fidelity account(s) manual by following the steps here.
    2. Once you see the account(s) in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect "Fidelity Inv & Retirement".
    3. Carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

    I went through the steps above and it did not work although all accounts appeared to connect fine.

    Credit card transactions did not update

    I did the same reset yesterday and nothing has changed. I'm still missing most of the transactions from Dec 29-Jan 4 with the exception of a few transactions from Jan 3rd that downloaded.

    Transactions came through on 12/28, then a few on 1/3 and 1/4 (but not all for 1/4). One example is 1/3 Circle K for $42.07 and 1/3 Kobs Green Market for $7.48

    Same issue. Very frustrating. It ruins budgeting within the app.

    It seems to work sporadically. I had not uploaded transactions from 12/29-1/2, then transactions uploaded from 1/3-1/5 but now nothing since then.

  • I'm seeing new transactions rolling in now on my Fidelity Rewards Visa starting on January 8th, however, transactions from December 29th to January 7th are still not there. I'm hopeful that in a few days it will sort itself out or I'll have to manually add a handful of transactions.

    I am getting charges come through now (with a gap between Dec 29-Jan 3) - except no pending charges are coming over.

    I'm now having this same issue as well. My transactions were working fine until recently, but the last one that posted was jan 10th. As this is my main credit card, hopefully this can be resolved soon.

    I’m a new Simplifi user, coming over from Mint (which was also having problems connecting to Fidelity).

    Culpeper Farm & Home, 1/20/24 for $126.98. Shell/shell 1/20/24 $47.95 and about 10 other transactions.
