Auto-hide a category from Spending & Reports

I'm working on my imports from Mint, and one standard category in Mint was "Hide from Budgets & Trends" (which meant it was hid from 'Spending Plan & Reports' in Simplifi terms).

When I did my first import, Simplifi made the category 'Hide from Budgets & Trends' in my 'Mint' section along with others. How do I mark a category (this one, but any!) as something to always hide from Spending Plan & Reports?

Simplifi does not have the same feature as Mint had, to hide an entire category. There is a feature request on this item, vote for it here.

Instead, Simplifi allows editing multiple transactions and excluding them from the spending plan and reports in bulk. I will filter the transactions in the Hide from Budgets & Trends category, select them all, and apply the exclusions.
