Please correct this problem. We have moved over from Mint and are unable to connect our Vanguard Roth IRA accounts. This works fine through Mint.

Hello @slb,
To troubleshoot this issue, could you please provide more information? Are these accounts that were previously connected and downloading, or are these accounts you're trying to add in Quicken Simplifi for the first time? Are you getting any error messages/codes? How long has this been going on for? Vanguard is known to block traffic at peak hours. Have you tried updating/connecting at a different time of day?
