    I am unable to connect to First Command using the firstcommand.com option. We have accounts listed in the Command Center.

    Hello @drouetd,

    Since FDP-105 errors are often temporary issues, the first troubleshooting step is to wait 48 hours and try again. How long has this been going on for? If it's been going on for 48 hours or longer, please let us know so we can troubleshoot this issue further.
