We are unable to connect to Publix Employees Federal CU at this time
Anyone else having this issue? It started on 12/20 and shows red exclamation next to the accounts. I am a brand new customer so this has me worried.
So far:
- I reset the connection (Quicken saw the account list)
- Deleted cookies and history
- I manually logged into the bank site (no issue and no messages/pop-ups
After all this, I refresh the page and it still shows red exclamation next to the accounts.
All other connected accounts connect, just not the Credit Union.

Please provide the name of the account the issue is occurring with as it appears in Quicken Simplifi so we can take a closer look. Also, what happens when you click on the exclamation point? Do you receive a specific error code or message?

Hello,
Name as it appears in Simplifi is removed - privacy]. When I press the exclamation is shows this message.
I also called my bank and they claim they are not working on anything in the backend.

@CoolCustomer, we need the name of the bank account as it appears in Quicken Simplifi. It looks like you provided your name, so I removed it for privacy.
