Brokerage account transactions and holding not downloading

None of the transactions or holdings are downloading from the brokerage company. I use other money management software and the transactions and holdings from that brokerage download. Any idea?

Please provide more details, such as the name of the brokerage company, what option you selected in Quicken Simplifi to connect to the bank, whether the account ever had Holdings and/or Investment Transactions, etc., so we can best assist you.
