URL redirecting issue with South Coast Bank (edited)

I am from the financial institution. We have a client that’s trying to tie in his South Coast Bank accounts to quicken and he’s being routed to the WB&T (another bank) log in page, any fix to this? When he types in South Coast, the URL that comes up routes him to the WBT web page. 

He is using web based Quicken. He reached out to Quicken about this and they told him the bank would need to handle on our end with them for a fix.

    @maggiebrianne When I try to connect to South Coast, it appears to be successfully attempting to connect to the right bank (I don't actually have an account there, so I can't complete the connection)
