Chase reconnect hangs
Chase (https://www.chase.com) hangs when I try to reconnect. I am successfully redirected to the secure.chase.com login page, but after I submit my credentials it goes blank and hangs, and if I let it go, nothing times out are provides an error.

To assist with this issue, could you please provide more information? Is this happening on the Web app, the Mobile app, or both? Which web browser are you using? Have you tried pausing any pop up blockers or ad blockers while reconnecting to Chase? Have you tried temporarily setting a different default web browser?

I was using the web app. I got it to work by using Chrome instead of Safari. Strange because as an experiment I reconnected a couple of other accounts with Safari, such as Capital One, and they worked fine.
