Unable to connect to First Command "Command Center" due to FDP-105 error (edited)

I am unable to connect to First Command's "Command Center" where my IRA accounts are stored. It says the email username/password is incorrect, but I just used the same login credentials to log in to First Command without issue. The Care Code is FDP-105.

Typically, the Care Code FDP-105 means that the financial institution is temporarily blocking. This is usually due to server maintenance or unexpectedly high traffic. Since the error is normally caused by a temporary issue, the initial troubleshooting is to wait 48 hours and and try again. If the issue persists longer than 48 hours, please let us know so we can provide further assistance.
