ADP Retirement account connection FDP-101 error (edited)

Part of the Mint user migration, and overall things are going smoothly except: My husband's 401k is through ADP retirement. We're getting an error FDP-101 after entering his creds. Is this a temporary issue, or do I need to request that simplifi add ADP?

    The FDP-101 (general error) is often a temporary issue. The initial troubleshooting is to wait 48 hours and try again. If the issue persists after 48 hours, please let us know so we can help troubleshoot the issue further.
