Empower, formerly Personal Capital, "Personal Cash"

I would like to be able to track the balance in my "Personal Cash" account at Empower bank, formerly Personal Capital.

I doubt that will be possible since Empower (formerly Personal Capital) isn’t actually a bank. If you read the disclosure I think you’ll find that the funds you have in Empower Cash are held a variety of banks and moved around based on where the highest interest rate is offered. If it’s possible at all I suspect you would actually have to find out which bank your savings are held and connect with that bank. It’s the same with investment accounts managed through Empower (formerly Personal Capital). Those investment accounts are connected to through the investment institution they are held at. For example my investment accounts are actually held at BNY|Mellon - Pershing though they are managed by Empower.
