Can't connect Amex card account

I'm trying to add my Amex card account but when I enter my Amex login credentials I get the error "The requested action requires account owner approval. Please have the authorized account holder provide authorization to proceed". Error code 56c0.

I've tried multiple times. Any guidance for how to get past this?

    Hello @bellini100,

    The error message you are getting typically comes up when the financial institution server sees a login that isn't authorized to download to 3rd party applications (such as an Authorized User login). Are you the account owner? Is the account shared with anyone?
