How to add American Express Savings and CD accounts? (edited)

I have a savings, CD and credit card with them. Quicken reflects the credit card but does not download the savings or CD? How is this corrected?

    @pdavidk, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

    According to our support article here, you want to use the option listed as "American Express - Banking" to connect Checking or Savings accounts with American Express in Quicken Simplifi. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest trying the "American Express Bank FSB" option.
