I have a similar question with a Fidelity Visa card.
- Account balance in Simplifi matches account balance in Fidelity
- 2 cleared/posted transactions in Fidelity dated 12/23 not downloaded yet to Simplifi
- 2 pending transactions dated 12/26 not downloaded yet to Simplifi
I would expect the account balance to be off since there are pending transactions but that doesn't appear to be the case. The balance in Simplifi reflects the posted and pending transactions, yet has downloaded them.
Overall, I'm happy with Simplifi. Just trying to understand how it works. I don't want to be double checking against my financial institutions for accuracy.

To clarify, have you connected the account in question to the new "Fidelity Inv & Retirement" option in Quicken Simplifi, or are you still using the "Fidelity Rewards Credit Card" option"? I'd also suggest taking a look at the following articles to see if they help glean any insight:
