CD and Money Market Account $0 Balance

Hello,
My money market account and CD (both at the same credit union as checking) are showing zero balance and no transactions. The checking account is accurate. Why is this?

If the issue persists, please provide some additional details such as the name of the bank, how long the issue has been occurring, whether the accounts have ever reflected properly for you in Quicken Simplifi, etc.
