Manual account only showing 3 years of uploaded transactions

Following the instructions in the below link, I created a manual account and uploaded Mint transactions (less than 10k rows) from an account going back to 2012. However, Simplifi is only showing transactions going back to 2021. Is there a way to adjust the date range, or did only a few years of transactions get imported?

Review the transaction activity filter and ensure is set to "All Time".

In the transaction list, hover to the right of "Showing Transactions…" text.

Then, select all time. Your older transactions will appear.
