Unable to update Etrade account.

Hello

My etrade accounts currently state the following error.

We are unable to connect to E*Trade Investments at this time.
Care Code: request-body-field-unsupported

Please advise. Thank you.

    @ivyleaf8, thanks for posting to the Community regarding this issue!

    For this particular error, we do want to allow at least 24 hours to see if it self-resolves. With that, I'd suggest giving it another try, and if the issue persists, follow these steps:

    1. Make the account(s) manual by following the steps here.
    2. Once you see the account(s) in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    3. Carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
