USI CG unable to connect to Simplifi FDP-155 error (edited)

Hello! I recently purchased Simplifi and have been enjoying the process of getting all of my accounts set up, working through the spending plans, allocating recurring bills, etc.
One problem I have run into is that my USI accounts (two separate retirement accounts, a 401k and a Pension) are unable to be connected. The option to connect with usicg.com is available, but I get the error Care Code: FDP-155 when trying to connect. Is there anything I can do to make this work?

I just searched the forum for FDP-155 and saw a response that said this means the bank is permanently blocking the connection. The only thing that can be done is to make the bank aware of this and in your interest in having this fixed.
