Lost Transactions
I am completely missing bank transactions between Oct. 3rd/4th through Oct. 14th/15th.The weird part about it, is that my dashboard showing my account $ all have accurate quantities to my bank.
I have no way of categorizing or knowing my October spending expenses accurately, unless I go methodically through my bank statement and manually add all of those transactions. I might be willing to do that if it is my last resort; however, I don't know how it will mess up my overall account balances if I add manual expenses, since the totals are already accurate.
I did all the steps I possibly could (And was suggested) to get them back (Reconnected to bank, cleared any search filter/sorted by date/etc). I discussed this issue multiple times with the support chat, with no real help. The first support chat coach escalated my issue when I first noticed the problem, 8 weeks ago, but nothing was fixed. And I get no real help anymore when I try to connect to any coach.

The balances are loaded separately from the transactions. New transactions will not change the balance provided you enter them as cleared. Pending transactions will affect the balance.
If there are more than a handful of transactions, I will import them using Simplifi's CSV template.
If you post more specific information about your missing transactions (bank, time frame, when the connection was working, etc.) a coach here may help. I am a user like you.
