Treasury Direct Account showing zero balance after linking with quicken classic

Hello I recently started using quicken classic. I was able to link the treasury direct account. But the balance shows up as zero. While going through the other questions, I noticed that quite a few people are facing this issue and which looks like it was solved. Can you please repost the steps which I need to take in order for this to get working.
