Refund request

I have bought this from canadian Apple Store. But this is not connecting to any Canadian bank. This is the only reason for paid subscription. I have tried to get the refund using the apple store but when you go through the wizard it is mentioning that this app is not eligible for refund. Please let me know what i should do.

Since you went through Apple to sign up, you would need to go through Apple to cancel and get your refund. If you haven't done so already, I would recommend following the instructions from this article to cancel and request your refund from Apple:
