Missing transaction

My account is missing a transaction. A bill paid to my exterminator. The back shows it went through about 2 weeks ago. What can I do about this?

If it's just one transaction that's missing and the account is downloading new transactions properly, I'd suggest just manually entering the missing transaction: https://help.simplifimoney.com/en/articles/3348103-managing-transactions-in-quicken-simplifi#add-a-transaction

The coaches will need to know which bank has the missing transaction and more details to troubleshoot. I will add the transaction manually to ensure reports are correct. Is the balance of your account correct?
