Are you just wanting to cancel your subscription? If so, then the link @UrsulaA provided above will help.

If you want account data deleted, then please clarify if you want any information you entered into Quicken Simplifi deleted, or if you also need your entire account, including username and purchase history deleted.

Please use this link, go to the "Your right to request the deletion of your personal information" section, and follow the directions there to get that information deleted.
