Trouble Connecting to Wells Fargo
I have had no trouble connecting to my bank for a year now and when I log in today Simplifi indicated it had not connected to my bank and that there was a problem with the connection. When I selected the exclamation point next to my bank accounts I get a pop up stating there is a new way to sign in and I'm connected to my bank site and asked to put in my banking ID and password.
This isn't new because it's what I remember doing when I signed up for the account so it seems sketchy the way that it is worded and how the popup asks for all my banking info again. Can anyone confirm this is legit? I tried to chat and call for help but it's been over 2 hours and I've not heard back.

Sounds like Wells Fargo is upgrading your connection to OAuth API. See article for details. Nothing sketchy about the prompt.
